Take these steps:  All of the steps are shown in you-tube videos in the Video area of the site.
 
By following a few simple guidelines, you can maintain your computer, help increase your PC speed, and help keep it running smoothly.  

First Try the built in system restore (see video); do not use FACTORY RESTORE found on some computers.

Just pick a date that you think was before the problem.

THEN or if that does not work...

Download and Run RKILL CLICK HERE and follow the instructions. (no Video for this)
Then Follow these steps, CLICK ->  HERE 

NOW -- Download AVG ANTIVIRUS BY CLICKING the following DOWNLOAD LINK

Download <- Download AVG Directly !

and the 4 following pieces of software.

HITMANPRO        Download Here
AppRemover:       Download it here
HostsXpert:           Download it here
StartUp Lite:         Download it here

Un-install existing security software using APPREMOVER (see video) but not MALWARE BYTES ANTI MALWARE.

Run HITMANPRO, Remove anything it finds.

Then Install and run  the AVG FREE TRIAL (Be sure to purchase the full version before the 30 days expire)

AND RUN A FULL SCAN removing anything found.

If you can not get any of this to work - try again in SAFEMODE with Networking (see video)

Once everything is cleaned up...

Fix your HOSTS file using HostsXpert, (see video)
Kill unnecessary Start Up Programs using StartUp Lite. (see video)

NOW FOR THE LAST STEP to make sure we did not mess up anything in the system

DOWNLOAD  , AND RUN THIS 15 day trial.

Optionally to increase performance do the following.

Run a Checkdisk (see video) and Defrag the drive (see video)

DO ALL AVAILABLE WINDOWS UPDATES (see Video)
